The concept of viewing the matter from different perspectives is similar to that of the refraction of light within a diamond. If a person is observing the diamond from one singular position, they can easily say that the only colour they see is blue light. Simultaneously, the person on the opposite side would say that the diamond is refracting orange light. If both people insist that the colour they see is the only colour that is being refracted, they will both be deprived of the beauty within the rainbow of colours that is provided by the diamond. Similarly, in consultative space, there are various colourful ideas and opinions, but the team needs to coherently see the array of perspectives in order to advance and progress.
